Post Core
The Dental Manne team offers inlay cores that allow you to reconstruct the dental stump by utilizing one or more roots with the help of posts.
Our inlay cores can be made from different materials depending on your preferences and clinical needs.
For aesthetics:
- We recommend the metallic inlay core, which is invisible under the metal-ceramic crowns that we also offer.
- The opaque inlay core provides excellent results under all-ceramic restorations.
- The fiber-reinforced composite inlay core delivers the best aesthetic results, particularly with E-MAX© crowns.
For mechanical performance:
- Produced with CAD/CAM technology, non-metallic inlay cores offer excellent fitting accuracy.
- Zirconia provides high strength with 110 MPa.
- Metal inlay cores are easier to adjust than zirconia.
- Fiber-reinforced composite inlay cores are also easier to adjust than zirconia. Their elasticity is similar to that of dentin, helping reduce the risk of fracture.
Finally, regarding biocompatibility:
- Composite and fiber-reinforced inlay cores offer excellent biocompatibility and high resistance to corrosion.
