Onlay
Onlays, prosthetic pieces designed to restore lost tooth structure, are primarily indicated for restoring posterior teeth with medium to large cavities.
There are three types of aesthetic materials: composites, pressed E-max, and milled zirconia.
Aesthetics
- E-max, a highly translucent glass-ceramic, provides a superior aesthetic result
- Composite onlays allow you to achieve an aesthetic result close to natural shades
- E-max is easy to adjust and polish in the mouth
- Zirconia onlays will be the most difficult to modify due to their hardness
- Excellent biocompatibility and high corrosion resistance
